Valentino's Pizzeria was founded November 18, l963 by Uncle Joe Valentino and his wife Sylvia. After 30 years of building the business, nephew Martin Barcellos and his wife Dawn purchased the well established eatery which is now known as Valentino's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant. They continued operation at the original location for the first 10 years. A move was made to the beautiful downtown area and the restaurant is now located at 1043 G Street nestled between 10th and 11th streets.
The location has made it possible to enhance the menu as well as add lunch availability for our customers. Our menu is a great representation of the use of only the finest ingredients to produce the quality people have come to expect at Valentino's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant. The restaurant is known for its authentic Italian food. There is something on the menu for everyone including Pizza, Pasta, Calzone, New York Steak and select family style meals.
Cioppino is a Christmas holiday favorite with Crab, Shrimp and Clams served over a bed of pasta in a tomato sauce made especially for the dish. Martin makes his Italian sausage, lasagna, bread and salad dressings. The fettuccini alfredo is a favorite made available with Chicken or Shrimp. Lemon Herb Chicken tops our list of entrees as well as signature pizzas.
Reedley's Taste of The Town event has awarded Valentino's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant the Peoples Choice Award and Tantalize My Taste Buds.
